Order Processing and Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 9:00 am CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 am CST will ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. -
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Any adjustments or cancellations will be refunded immediately. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. -
What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa through Shopify Payments. We also accept cash in-store.

Yes, we offer free in-store and curbside pickup. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and your order will be ready within 1 business day.

At Seliga Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process. You can return unworn and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. What common foot problems can the right shoes and orthotics help with?
Conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, flat feet, and more can often be alleviated with custom-fitted shoes and orthotics.

What is a Certified Pedorthist?
A Certified Pedorthist specializes in footwear and supportive devices to address foot and lower limb issues. Our pedorthist, Dave, is available Tuesday-Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Call 314-961-0110 for appointments.
