At Seliga Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.

You have 30 days to return your shoes for an exchange or a full refund. All we ask is that you return the shoes, or other merchandise, in unworn, original condition with their original packaging. 

A 10% restocking fee will be applied if the original packaging is missing or if shipping labels or tape are affixed directly to the manufacturer’s packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items that have been worn or damaged.

Not interested in Free Unlimited Returns? No problem! You can still return items as usual, with the return shipping cost simply deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.

Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.

How Does It Work?

Exchange for a new color/size

1. Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click "Return."
2. Choose your desired new size or color.
3. Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
4. Your new item(s) will be processed within 3 business days of being received.

Exchange for a new product or get a refund

1. Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click "Return," or Click "Refund."
2. You’ll get a credit for that item to use on the new style you wish to buy by choosing "Shop Now."
3. Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
4. Your new item(s) will be processed within 3 business days of being received.
5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll refund any remaining balance.
