Returns & Refunds

At Seliga Shoes, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns must be unworn and unused. Items that show any signs of wear or use will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund or store credit. No exceptions.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied if original packaging is missing or if shipping labels or tape are affixed directly to the manufacturer’s box.

Final Sale Items

All Final Sale items are clearly marked on the product page and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Shipping Fee

  • flat $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be submitted through our return portal:

Through the portal, you may request:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit, delivered to your email as a digital gift card

Exchanges

We no longer process direct exchanges through the return portal.

If you need a different size or color, you may:

  • Request store credit and place a new order using your emailed gift card, or
  • Email us at hello@seligashoes.com for assistance

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or store credit will be processed within 3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)
  3. Reach out to your bank for additional updates
