Shipping & Order Processing
At Seliga Shoes, we work to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Inventory Availability
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, some items may occasionally be out of stock due to high demand, inventory discrepancies, or supplier availability.
If an item you ordered is unavailable:

We will attempt to reorder or replace the item as quickly as possible, or

We will contact you with available options, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund
We work closely with our vendors to resolve inventory issues and will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner. Processing times may be extended in these situations.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Options
Calculated Shipping Rates (Orders Under $65)
For orders under $65, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item(s) and the selected shipping method.
Free Domestic Shipping (Orders $65+)
We offer free domestic economy shipping on orders of $65 or more. Economy shipping may use USPS Ground Advantage or an equivalent service.

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 1 business day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Hours:
Monday–Saturday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm
Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
Order Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Carrier Responsibility Notice (UPS / USPS / FedEx)
Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier and marked as “Delivered,” the package is considered delivered per carrier records. Seliga Shoes does not assume responsibility for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Misdelivered packages

Packages marked delivered but not received
This policy aligns with UPS, USPS, and FedEx delivery confirmation standards.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing:

We can assist by filing a carrier claim on your behalf

Carrier investigations and claim approvals are not guaranteed

Refunds or replacements are issued only if the carrier approves the claim
Claims may take 20 business days or longer to resolve depending on the carrier.
We strongly recommend:

Checking with neighbors or building management before contacting us
Fraud Prevention & Delivery Disputes
To protect our customers and our business, Seliga Shoes reserves the right to:

Deny refunds or replacements for orders with delivery confirmation

Decline claims that show patterns of abuse or fraud
