Shipping

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed EX. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for charges.

Returns

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

STORE PURCHASES

  • Goods Sold at Current Price: Exchange with the invoice in 10 days only, if the goods were not worn. 
  • Goods Sold on Sale or Special Price: No refunds or exchanges.

ONLINE ORDERS

  • We will accept returns of unworn, re-sellable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within fifteen (15) days of the original shipping date to you. 
  • All Returns must be pre-authorized.
  • Authorization is available by e-mail or by telephone. 
  • Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option. 
  • Freight must be paid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. 
  • No freight charges are refundable. 
  • Products on SALE or part of a promotion are final unless for exceptional circumstances. 
  • For US Customers: on returnable shipping package, please print clearly.
